There are few events in life that are more memorable than children's and baby gifts on the occasion of first Christmas. Even though he or she might not necessarily know what’s going on, your child will certainly see the pictures later in life and know without question that they were cherished beyond measure. Another popular option is to create a personalized ornament with your child’s picture in it. Ordinarily, this would simply consist of a small picture frame surrounded by a series of decorations, such as reindeer or candy canes. Later you can insert any pocket-sized picture you choose.

First Babys ornaments are perfectly functional and can be hung from any celebrated holiday Christmas tree. Although, they are often a bit heavier than average ornaments, so it is always a good idea to hang them from a stout branch, out of reach of the children.

Many families, however, choose never to display these ornaments. Rather, they keep them as mementos and give them to their children later on in life.
